Rent a beautiful lot at Apple Valley Farm Motorcoach Resort in the heart of Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure. Apple Valley Farm is a 15-acre luxury motorcoach park with 46 spaces for Class A motor coaches. Inside the park is a beautiful lake, a working waterwheel and mountain views are plentiful.

RV must be a manufacturer designated minimum 32' Class A motorcoach (diesel or gas). Special Driving Directions & Rules & Regulations apply. Must be 25 years or older to book.

All lots include the following:

• Water, sewer, 50 amp electric
• Large, landscaped lots (average 50' X 100')
• Paved roads and concrete pads
• Free WIFI (Note: Cable TV is not available)

*RV must be a minimum 32' Class A motorcoach (diesel or gas). You must provide your own motorcoach.
** No 4 wheel pull behind trailers allowed. Cars must be hitched to motorcoach.
*** This property isn't on Lake Lure.
Golf carts are not allowed on public roads but can be used inside the Apple Valley Farm resort property.
Motorcycles are allowed to be used in order to enter/exit the RV resort and access your rental lot.
(Note: Cellphone signal is not reliable in the mountains. Best carriers are AT&T and TMobile.)

CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS: Cancellation policy can vary per lot. Your rental agreement is between you and a private owner. Please understand the cancellation and transfer policy for the lot you rented.

Pets
Many of our owners have pets; however, we do maintain regulations regarding pets. For our guests, please follow our rules to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay at Apple Valley Farm. Failure to comply with our pet rules will result in removal from the Resort.
-Pets are limited to two per site
-Pets must be on a leash when walking throughout the park
-No aggressive dogs are allowed
-Pets must not be left outside unattended
-Owners must keep pets quite at all times
-Please pick up after your pet

Rumbling Bald Resort: Renters may use the Rumbling Bald amenities that are open and available to the public: Restaurants, 2 Golf Courses, Salon services, and miniature golf course.

Your lot rental is between you and a private lot owner NOT with Apple Valley Farm RV Resort. Reservations and payment are private transactions.

Lot 133 Cornell Circle is a large and secluded lot. The property has approx. 1000 sf composite decking with lighting next to the concrete pad for RV. It is the only lot with an extra parking space for a vehicle in AVF. This secluded lot has beautiful landscaping and an irrigation sprinkler.
